PWF (“we”, “us”, “our”) helps Australians build wealth through property by designing strategy, structuring finance arrangements, and coordinating end‑to‑end execution. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy applies to personal information we collect via:

  • our websites (including pwf.com.au and subpages), forms and calculators,

  • phone, email, SMS and events,

  • third‑party partners we use to help deliver our services.

Sensitive information: We do not routinely collect sensitive information (e.g., health, ethnicity, political opinions). If it becomes reasonably necessary (and lawful) for a specific service, we will obtain your explicit consent or rely on another APP exception.

Credit information: We are not a lender and do not typically obtain credit reports. If, with your consent, we need limited credit‑related details to assess suitability or coordinate with a broker, we will tell you what is required and why.

3) How we collect information

  • Directly from you: enquiry forms, consultations, calls, emails, events, downloads, calculators and quizzes.

  • Automatically: cookies, pixels and analytics when you use our site.

  • From third parties (where permitted): advertising platforms, referral partners, and publicly available sources.

You may choose to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym where lawful and practicable; however, this may limit our ability to respond or provide services.

5) Online advertising, cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising, including remarketing. Our partners may include (but are not limited to): Google Ads/Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, and native/programmatic partners (e.g., Taboola/Outbrain and DSPs such as StackAdapt/Choozle).

These partners may collect or receive information from our site and elsewhere and use it to measure services and target ads. You can manage cookies in your browser and opt out of interest‑based ads via each platform’s settings and industry tools (e.g., Google Ad Settings, the Meta Ad Preferences, and network opt‑outs). Turning off cookies may affect site functionality.

We do not sell personal information.

Many of our technology providers store or process data outside Australia (e.g., the United States, European Union, Singapore, or other locations). Where practicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal and tax requirements. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to de‑identify or securely destroy it.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate, out‑of‑date, incomplete or misleading.
