“My wife Pauline and I first heard about PWF through an advertisement in the RACQ magazine, Road Ahead, in 2009. Sally-Anne Benson gave an informative presentation about how you can grow your wealth through property investment as long as you had a certain income and a certain amount of equity in your own home.
I am very sceptical of any type of scheme that advertises “get rich quick scenarios” but this was not what PWF was offering — in fact we were told it was a medium to long term investment strategy. We were not asked to sign anything and were encouraged to do our own research about PWF and what they were offering. This we did very thoroughly through our own accountant and various government departments (ACCC, ATO etc.) — all came back with the same positive results.
We are now nearly 6 years down the track and we have just finished the construction of our 3rd investment property with PWF. This one a triplex and the other 2 being duplexes.
