Our Fees and Membership

As part of the process of working with us, certain stages may involve associated costs. You’ll find a clear breakdown of these below.

Strategy Session

To confirm your first strategy session with one of our Senior Strategists, a small booking fee applies. This fee is fully refunded after your session is completed.

60 - 90 mins session | $199 FULLY REFUNDABLE following strategy session

Property Selection

Our property selection process involves multiple team members who carefully source and assess opportunities tailored to your financial position. To secure your session, we request a small booking fee.

If you decide not to proceed, the fee is fully refundable. If you do move forward, it will be applied toward your Expression of Interest deposit for the property.

60 - 90 mins session | $1000 FULLY REFUNDABLE if you don’t move forward

Lifelong Membership

After you secure your first investment property with us, we take care of everything right through to handover with tenants and beyond.

At this stage, a one-time membership unlocks ongoing access to our team and services, tools, and support as we continue working with you to grow your portfolio over the long term.

There are no ongoing PWF fees after this - just a trusted partnership built for the next 5, 10, or even 20+ years. This includes annual portfolio reviews, end-to-end support with future property purchases, access to ongoing research and opportunities, and continued guidance to help you reach your evolving wealth goals.

  • Yes. We can connect you with trusted professionals, but if you already have your own, you’re free to use them.

  • Yes. Our strategies are designed to eliminate your home loan in 5–7 years by leveraging investment property income.

  • No. Many clients start with a single property. As your equity grows, you can expand your portfolio at your pace. We work towards your goals alongside you. If your plan requires multiple properties, we will talk to you about that.
